Terms of Service for Host Affiliate Program

Introduction
Welcome to the Check In Servicing Host Affiliate Program (“HAP”). This program is designed to reward sponsors who introduce property owners to Check In Servicing franchised locations. By participating in the HAP, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern all aspects of your participation. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Program Purpose

The HAP provides revenue sharing to the sponsor who introduces a property owner to a Check In Servicing franchised location.

2. Sponsor Definition

A sponsor is the person or party that initiated the introduction of a property owner. Each property owner may only have one sponsor. Sponsors cannot be changed once designated.

3. Form Requirement

A signed Host Affiliate Program form must be submitted for every property listing before any HAP payouts will be distributed.

4. Compensation

Sponsors will receive 2% of Gross Reservation Income from each reservation associated with their referred property.
Franchise owners will be considered their own sponsor and will receive the 2% on their personally owned properties.
Corporate will assess a $10 fee per disbursement, or the greater of $10 or 10% of the disbursement if the participant is vested.

5. Payout Terms

Payments will be made according to Check In Servicing’s standard disbursement schedule.

6. Program Duration

The HAP will remain active as long as there are participants and Check In Servicing franchises in operation.

7. Modifications

Check In Servicing reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the HAP at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to participants.
